What happens after the free trial?
Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, your subscription starts at $149/month — unless you cancel first, in which case you're never charged and your playbooks and context docs stay intact.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or commitments. Cancel from your workspace billing settings whenever you like and you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a limit on team members?
No. The $149/month Workspace plan includes unlimited team members. Invite your whole team — editors, reviewers, and owners — at no extra per-seat cost.
Who owns my data, and can I export it?
Your content is yours. You can export your playbooks and context docs at any time, and they're stored as plain Markdown so nothing is locked in. Cancelling never deletes your data without your say-so.
Do I get MCP and CLI access?
Yes. Every workspace includes the MCP server, the CLI, and the retrieval API. Your agents — in Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop, or any MCP-compatible tool — can pull playbooks and context at runtime.
What is the upgrade path as my team grows?
There's nothing to upgrade. The single Workspace plan already includes unlimited playbooks, context docs, team members, collections, versioning, and API access — so your bill stays $149/month as you scale.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't working for you, reach out within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right with a refund. We'd rather you be happy than locked into a plan you're not using.
